Why do I have to complete the Order Authorization Form?
To help prevent our business from fraudulent orders we ensure we are dealing with the correct customer. This form allows us to ensure the customer who placed the order is the authorized card user.
What is buy now & pay later shop pay installments?
We offer flexible pay to all customers. You simply pay 25% of your overall total upfront and the rest according to the selected and agreed upon payment schedule chosen. No credit checks, no hidden fees and no interest as long as payments are made on time.
Do you accep offline payment?
For now No ,we have to keep track of everything and through our website it is a lot easier to just keep track of everything.
When will i receive my order if i use Buy Now & Pay Later?
Your order will still ship as a fully paid order. We do not show favoritism to orders over here.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We do not allow any hair nor products to be returned upon being shipped. Due to FDA rules and regulations, hair and cosmetics are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned, resold nor reused upon purchase.
Am I able to exchange products?
We do not allow exchanges or returns of any products. Due to FDA hygiene rules, we are not subjected to accept any cosmetics nor hair products back for return or exchange. We do not accept exchanges or returns under any circumstances
How can I cancel my order?
If you place and order and decide you want to cancel, you must cancel within the 24-48 hour business window. Once that 24-48 hour window is closed, no order can be cancelled.
How does refunds work?
If you are granted a refund, refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your back. If you have issues receiving your refund,please send us an email: amouresthetiqueextensionz@gmail.com and we will assist you to the best of your ability.

How long is shipping?
For our Raw Hair Collection Pre-order Shipping & Processing
Please allow up to 14 business days for all orders to process. ID Verification must be completed within 24 hours, if not completed order will be cancelled. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Please keep in mind, you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.Shipping takes between 2-3 business days
For Our Virgin Hair Shipping and Processing Policy
- READY TO SHIP WIGS HAVE A PROCESSING PERIOD OF 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. THIS PROCESSING PERIOD IS TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT!!
- Once your order is shipped shipping will be 3-5 business days by Fedex, or 2-3 business days DHL. If you place an order on Friday, your order will start the processing period that MONDAY.
Other orders are pre-ordered meaning the wig will have to be constructed by our factory before it is shipped out. Processing for regular orders can be anywhere between 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS. Our shipping period for regular orders remains the same 3-5 business days by Fedex, or 2-3 business days by DHL. - Please understand that all hair orders are shipped from our FACTORY. TheePoppinHairCollection L.L.C does drop shipping for all hair orders.
When will i recive tracking?
When your tracking number has been generated, you will receive an email and text message informing you of your tracking number, instructions on how to track your package and an estimated delivery date.
What days do you usually ship orders?
Our ship out schedule is very strict and straight forward
Orders will ship out Monday - Friday.
All orders will be dropped off at the 24 hour post office location. So orders will and can be dropped off between 2PM EST - 9PM EST on the following days above
How long does it take my tracking to update?
Tracking numbers usually updates with 24-48 hours of being dropped off. Due to such high volume within the post office on the daily basis, tracking can update within 72 hours on rare occasions.
What does "Acceptance" mean on my tracking information?
Seeing "Acceptance" on your tracking information means that your order has been accepted into the post office transit system. It also means that your order has received the "scan of acceptance" which states that the USPS STORE has acknowledged and accepted your package and now is responsible for it.
Does packages include insurance?
Yes, all hair packages are shipped"Priority"which includes hair insurance for lost, stolen or extremely damaged packages.

Self-service options are available 24/7 by calling 1-800-ASK-USPS(1-800-275-8777). Customer Service representatives are also available to take your calls: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time (Alaska and Hawaii are 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 p.m. ET)
Do Amour Esthétique Extensionz ship orders on weedkends?
Absolutely not! We only ship orders Monday - Friday . We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays
Does Amour Esthétique Extensionz allow pickups?
- We are located in Stockton,CA All customers who are looking to pickup should shop in our “READY FOR PICKUP” section online. After purchasing customers are contacted to arrange a pickup time and location. When placing a pickup order, the customer has agreed to pickup. Disputes are NOT to be made on ready for pickup units WHAT SO EVER. If any disputes are made for our “READY FOR PICKUP” units legal action will be taken immediately.
